It's just fine. :)

BTW
I'm on a Linux Mint device, and I've recently been working with Arduino. So far, I have had no issues with two Arduino Uno boards. However, when trying a Raspberry Pi Pico, the board does not show in the board list or, if it does, I get an error saying the sketch could not be uploaded (even if it is something as basic as the blink example). I've tried pressing the board's built-in upload button before connecting it, and I do get access to the drive. What else can I try?
What I see in Arduino IDE, in Tool menu / Upload Method, the default is UF2 (others being Picotool and Picoprobe/Debugprobe CMSIS-DAP).
If you see the same, and you get access to the drive after starting with BOOTSEL button, then probably you have to manually select the board and port. All of this assuming that you have already installed the latest Raspberry Pi Pico/RP2040/RP2350 by Earle F. Philhower, III (NOT MBed) in Boards Manager. This is usually needed only for the first time, when the board doesn't have Arduino Bootloader installed on it.
