Many manufacturers provide information about technical connections, protocol definitions or even sample code. Did you check this ?
If a manufacturer doesn't offer technical support, then I wouldn't buy from them.
I want to use MATLAB to code the algorithm/operation sequence (that's because the operation sequence changes every time) and deploy it on the raspberry pi board through ethernet cable. Due to some constrains, USB ports are only my options to communicate with relay module.
