I have been testing the audio connection through bluetooth speakers with kodi in an rpi os session with x11 and when entering kodi the bluetooth audio is disconnected.
This does not occur if the session is a wayland session in which bluetooth audio remains active when opening kodi.
I launch kodi with the simple kodi command with the command kodi -fs the bluetooth audio disconnects.
I am using the latest and updated rpi OS and it took me a while to realize the problem that I thought was due to the pulseaudio or pipewire configuration and is something related to the x11 or wayland desktop session.
