if you really want it on github, do it yourself

I think a repo will make handling of the code and questions/issues easier given the large number of questions and issues in this thread (49 pages right now). I will not create another copy. This will be outdated very quickly like the others. A repo makes sense only if the code owner or some maintainer takes care of the repo.
