All my SD card are of sandisk I have attached the pic of SD card I am using one of 32 GB one I bought just few days agothen maybe the SD card is bad or fake. Try another card, the best are "a1" rated.
suggest using a "name brand" SD card. i use sandisk samsung, or other major brands.
