I'm assuming you mean a system to decode an rtsp stream and show it on a display?
I use MPV on a Pi 4b (I think) hooked up to a 50" 4k TV mounted to the office wall, with cec-utils to turn the tv on and off morning and evening.
If your resolution is much lower you could probably manage this with a zero 2.
