Interfacing (DSI, CSI, I2C, etc.) • Re: MIPI DSI port with custom panel - Debugging driver

The custom panel is of a driver IC of Chipone ICNA3512.
Yes I have a lot of details but I also want to respect the etiquette in the forum by not throwing everything at the community and expect a complete solution.

Specifically I would like to find out how to verify if my DISP/CAM1 port is not damaged, is there any way to use a multimeter / oscilloscope / logic analyser to measure the DSI1_D0_P and or the DSI1_CLK_P pin to determine if the DSI port is in LP-11 mode, which is required to implement the power on sequence of the panel.

I have read in other discussions that not setting the vccio and vio regulators will not bind the drm with the panel driver (as I may have bugs in my driver at the moment that when I intend to configure the regulators, the driver .c and .dts both compiled fine but will not load so I omitted that for now). So I’d like to find out more of the MIPI DSI port behaviour so I can narrow my problems down - as there’s seems to be no electronic characteristics of the MIPI DSI ports of the RPi 5 in the data sheet.

I also tried to load a couple of existing panel drivers included in mainline but the MIPI DSI port doesn’t seem to go into LP-11 mode (voltage of the data0 and clock pin won’t change according to MIPI DSI specs)
