I also tested with Geekbench 6 and got lower results than you?Might be good if you explained exactly what you were testing (the quote you included did mention disabling NUMA for example).
Your numbers don't look at all correct. Here is a run I have done from an up to date 16G Pi5:

which is way higher than yours. Is it possible you were throttled (e.g. due to temperature) when running?
