Hi, i picked up a car DVD player from the charity shop for £5, ive been trying to connect one of the screens to a raspberry PI 3B.
i havent been able to find anything on the LCD controller but the screen is a LG PHILLIPS LB065W01, the screens connect to the DVD player via composite video, comp vid and video ground are connected to the PI through the 3.5mm AV jack, and 5v/NEG for the screen supplied by a sep power supply for the minute.
when all hooked up and with boot SD in, the screen turns on, displays the multicolour splash screen for a couple of seconds then goes blank :/
after some reading i went to find config.txt, and its just named config, then when i open it it seems to be missing elements, sdtv_mode is nowhere to be found, when i search the contents of the SD for hdmi, screen, display it comes back with no results :/ i have PI OS FULL (64bit).
