You have posted your answer in a Raspberry Pi Forum. Usually RPi users have RPi OS installed, which is not Windows.
Your Code runs only on Windows.
If you want to change the resolution, you could use xrandr for X11.
If the latest RPi OS is used, then this tool won't work because of Wayland AFAIK. In this case, you need a different tool.
