I looked at different forums and came to the conclusion:
Pi Connect DOES NOT SUPPORT SSH.
Pi Connect just provides services in the browser/vnc.
If you have a RPI behind a firewall (for example office) and want to connect it from behind another firewall (for example home) using ssh: This solution which worked nicely for me:
