There is no hardware video encoder on Pi5.

FFmpeg can do MJPEG in 4k30, and H264 at >1080p60 which is better than the old hardware block could do.
The main issue with MJPEG that the video files are LARGE (Arround 350MB for a minute).
I can encode it on a different device later but it's not cost effective enough.
